For professional misconduct, the Bar of Uttar Pradesh banned the President and Secretary of the Mathura Bar Association from practicing in the courts for one year.

According to an order issued by the Bar Council’s disciplinary committee, the duo – association president Ajit Teharia and secretary Satyendra Kumar Parihar – were suspended for repeatedly violating the body’s orders and guidelines. ‘State.
