JAMMU, 8th July: J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu, under the chairmanship of its President MK Bhardwaj, organized an interaction, counseling and swearing-in ceremony function.
Speaking on the occasion, the President of the Bar advised newcomers not to engage in unlawful and illegal activities in any way throughout their legal careers. He further advised them to work hard throughout their careers to achieve greater heights in the legal profession.
Citing the examples of many Bar Association lawyers, who have made substantial progress in their professional careers through hard work, he presented a set of books containing a criminal manual, the CPC and specific relief law such as an expression and a token of love for new members registered with the Bar Association.
The newly registered members have taken an oath that they will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of the Bar and Bench and that they will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as established by law under which they fully discharge their professional duties.
All officers, namely Mohinder Pal Singh Pali, Vice President, Surjeet Singh Andotra, Secretary General, Aditya Sharma, Co-Secretary and Amandeep Singh, Treasurer, Rohit Sharma (YLA President), Gagandeep Singh Lucky (Vice President YLA), Yaseer Farooq Khan (General Secretary of YLA), Karanjeet Singh Johal Co-Secretary (YLA), Naresh Kumar Treasurer (YLA) and many senior and junior members of the Bar Association attended.
